Epicurean Sea exists to make wine sourcing invisible while the experience remains exceptional.
Epicurean Sea was created to solve a simple but recurring problem in yachting: wine is expected to be exceptional, yet crew are often given neither the time nor the mandate to manage it properly.
Having worked closely with yachts, I saw how often captains and chief stews were left to interpret vague client preferences, deal with unsuitable suppliers, and manage unnecessary back-and-forth. Epicurean Sea was built as a broker — not a shop — to quietly take this responsibility off their hands.
Today, I source wines directly, interpret client preferences, and manage global delivery with minimal communication, so wine becomes a seamless part of the onboard experience rather than an operational burden.
