Aroma of ripe red fruits with fine spicy touches and cabinetry tips. The passage through the mouth is fine, elegant, and ends with great unctuosity. It is a tasty, roasted, balanced and elegant wine.
The harvest is done manually and before entering the fermentation tanks a second selection is made. The fermentation is carried out for 15 days in American oak barrels, at a temperature of approximately 32 degrees.
The soils are deep and have good drainage. They alternate thick and fine materials with pieces of quartzite rock that dragged the Douro River.
