The Vermentino and Fiano varieties undergo fermentation in stainless steel tanks, while the Viognier is aged in wood. Some Viognier batches undergo lees aging to prevent excessive heaviness. The vines are shaded by a leafy canopy to maintain coolness and preserve acidity, with the Bibbona location providing a sea view, inspiring the name "vistamare." The 2017 vintage displays concentrated freshness combined with Mediterranean hints of mint and sage.
