The property is located between the Châteaux Lafleur and the Gazin. Jean-Pierre Moueix establishments have been leased since 1976. It has an area of 7.8 hectares of clay-gravenous soil planted 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc. This high percentage of Cabernet Franc in the composition of the vineyard, gives the wine a liveliness that combines with the characteristics of Los Pomerol.
Applying the knowledge of Établissements Jean-Pierre Moueix, the wines of this property have evolved in intensity, colour and softness. Full of aroma and with a very pleasant palate.
