Brut Vintage Rosé is a combination between the perfect expression of the characteristics of the year of its harvest and the rarity of a pink champagne made by bleeding. It is only produced in good vintages in which the Maison Louis Roederer can obtain a spectacular quality of the grapes of its vineyard.

Louis Roederer's Brut Vintage Rosé, famous for its slightly salmon colour, wonderfully illustrates the Maison's devotion to methods usually already in disuse, for the care and patience they require. It is produced by film maceration, which consists of letting Pinot Noir grapes macerate many hours in the press to extract their fruity and beautiful salmon pink colour. For this, very concentrated and aromatic grapes are necessary, which come from the oldest vineyards of Cumières. Layers of sweet fruity perfume and a winey attack full of elegance and finesse. This fusion of such characteristic style matures between four and five years on its own sediment and rests even six additional months after the "degüelle".

63% Pinot noir - 37% Chardonnay - 17% wine wines in wood (o oak barrels) - 30% malolactic fermentation. The dosage is 8 g/l

Pink colour with beautiful golden reflections. Soft and regular effervescence. Nice crown.

Intense, fresh and fruity bouquet. Sabayón with fresh and acidulated red fruits (forest strawberries and blueberries), slightly sweet, supported by more candied, concentrated and citrus notes. In contact with the air, the aromatic complexity is imposed with a parade of spices, hot cinnamon and peppers.

Entrance in a fleshy mouth, the red fruit is shown in all its crunchy maturity, and its texture at the same time creamy and deep. The fruity matter is giving way to a mineral freshness of chalk that prolongs the tasting with a feeling of lightness and harmony.
