The 2016 Château La Mission Haut-Brion Blanc (Pessac-Léognan) received stellar critical acclaim, consistently scoring in the 95–98+ point range, with notes highlighting its power, mineral intensity, and unusual, high-percentage Sauvignon Blanc blend. Dense, waxy, and powerful, often likened in structure to a top white Burgundy.

Great freshness, candied-lemon and complex dried herb character, as well as a rich and waxy side, plus a touch of vanilla. Rich and powerful with a lot more structure than most Pessac-Léognan whites.
