Created by Bodegas y Viñedos Pujanza in the municipality of Laguardia, at the foot of the Sierra de Cantabria, in Álava (Basque Country), it is a white wine fruit of the experience accumulated over three generations in the D.O.Ca. Rioja. Taking into account that the grape is the main protagonist, it comes from 1.5 hectares planted in 1989 on calcareous clay soils at more than 550 above sea level. It is a grape that is vinified only in cold vintages in new oak barrels of 225 l. and 500 l. lengthening up to 12 months of ageing.

As Pujanza Cold Vintages is made in specific vintages and in small productions, the truth is that it is worth at least getting a bottle. A very uniqueness of the most generous.
