Sweet and mature on the nose. Burnt raisins and bitter orange chocolate on the palate. It stays great in the cup. The flavour, extremely soft, melts. Absolutely charming. The touch of orange and cloves remained on the palate. Excellent wine.

El Único is released a decade after harvest, produced from 40 hectares of vineyards spanning 55 plots with 19 soil variations. The 2013 vintage, for example, comprises 97% Tempranillo and 3% Cabernet Sauvignon, marked by meticulous vineyard work. This vintage is characterized by enhanced elegance, subtlety, and complexity, representing a departure from convention. Despite its present drinkability, the 2013 vintage has remarkable aging potential, as do the other vintages available in our Epicurean online store and upon request.
