The 2019 Abbazia di Rosazzo boasts a bright, deep yellow hue. Its aroma is intense and diverse, featuring a blend of floral and fruity elements, including lantana, jasmine, wisteria, acacia flowers, zagara, hawthorn, apricot, peach, melon, and grapefruit. Creamy hints of vanilla, custard, sweet almond, and hazelnut are complemented by balsamic undertones of thyme, nettle, mint, and malva leaves. Visually it is a brilliant wine, with golden touches and orange reflection. On the nose it is subtle and elegant, with notes of ripe fruits such as apricot, wild flowers from the Empordà and sweet spices. Of great complexity in the mouth, with good acidity and a tannic point that gives it a lot of character. It is long, of good volume, with an iodised touch towards the end.
