CHAMPAGNE
Blanc
Available in its 2012, 75 cl. version and its 2013 magnum size. The two vintages have respectively received 98 and 97 points from Robert Parker, Wine Advocate.
On the nose hints of jasmine and freshness, this continues on the palate with plenty of fruits and pear. Brioche combines with a creamy mousse leading to a lengthy finish. A vintage that is drinking well already but with a great capacity to age and improve.
95 points Wine Advocate
"Krug's NV Grande Cuvée 170ème Édition is based on the 2014 vintage, complemented by some 45% reserve wines dating back to 1998, with the house drawing on, among many others, 2013 for structure and 2012 and 2003 for generosity. Opening in the glass with aromas of pastry cream, dried fruits, pear, warm spices, freshly baked bread and vanilla pod, it's medium to full-bodied, pillowy and fine-boned, with excellent concentration, racy acids and a precise, chiseled profile. But if the latter adjective could be applied to the 2013-base 169ème édition equally felicitously, the 2014-base 170ème is more giving and less tightly wound out of the gates and will offer more demonstrative drinking young."
93 Parker points champagne, crafted from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir.
Nose:
The aroma is full-bodied and fragrant, displaying hints of brioche, velvety vanilla, lively red fruits, and delicate florals.
Palate:
Smooth and luxuriously dense on the tongue, unveiling flavors of buttered, toasted brioche and luscious apricot jam, with a warm, spiced touch.
Finish:
The conclusion is marked by lingering whispers of vanilla and peach, adding a subtle and delightful finish to the tasting experience.
The Rich blend is comprised of Pinot Noir (50%), the main pillar of Veuve Clicquot’s winemaking, which gives the champagne its fundamental structure. The large part of Meunier (30%) provides roundness to the blend and Chardonnay (20%) completes it with extra freshness. For Rich Rosé, the blend is completed with 15% Pinot Noir red wine. Rich’s uniqueness is in its dosage of 60 g/L, which enhances the blend’s aromas. As Veuve Clicquot’s Cellar Master shares, “Sugar in champagne is like spices in a recipe: used correctly it can bring out specific aromas and play with flavors. Contains sulphites.
An exclusive and limited editions collaboration with the pop artist.
Also available in its 2006 Rosé, and 2008 Rosé Luminous Magnum versions.
Since 2021, Dom Pérignon and Lady Gaga have engaged in a correspondence of universes that has interfused their aesthetic ambitions.
Also available in larger size.
The luminous sweetness of the tropical fruit (green mango, melon, pineapple) shines instantly. Then it yields to more temperate notes, the tingling of the orange zest, the mist of a tangerine. The wine breathes, revealing its freshness. The flower after the rain. A tactile sensation of peony, jasmine and lilac.
Wine immediately imposes its wide presence, full and massive. A delicate sensation dominates since the tactile is quickly surpassed by the aromatic. The body is generous, firm and controlled. Then it contracts, letting the wine vibrate with spices and pepper.
The energy is maintained until a scintillating saline finish.
Ruinart Blanc de Blancs has a pale, gold colour of great luminosity. It is a clean and precise wine, with a dominant citrus predominance, ideal to pair with white fish and seafood.
Available in its standard 75cl. and in the bigger 150cl. magnum size.
“The 2000 Dom Pérignon P2 is drinking beautifully, wafting from the glass with complex and gently reductive aromas of iodine, lemon oil, tangerine and oyster shell that have begun to develop appreciable tertiary nuance. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, deep and expansive, with a broad attack, incisive acids, a classy mousse and a long, precise and mouthwateringly saline finish. The year 2000 delivered a precocious Dom Pérignon, and this recently disgorged rendition has really benefited from the additional time sur lattes, acquiring notably more complexity--while retaining more energy--than the original disgorgement. Given its maturing profile I would plan to drink bottles within the next decade." - Robert Parker
A remarkably balanced and refined champagne with inimitable length. It has a silky texture and fruity aromas, complemented by a powerful mineral quality with white fruit and citrus notes.
The 2015 Cristal Brut is a remarkable champagne known for its harmonious blend of softness and intensity. It exudes maturity and energy, showcasing a unique combination of yellow and red fruit notes from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes.
The wine's structure offers a vibrant, silky texture with flavors of candied citrus and spices. Its chalky character contributes to a fresh, effervescent finish, accented by subtle oaky and saline hints.
Cristal 2015 represents a perfect balance and longevity, highlighting the terroir's influence rather than the vintage's characteristics. It's a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, a truly timeless champagne with enormous ageing potential.
Ruinart was the first 'maison' of Champagne and today enjoys an enviable positioning. Ruinart Brut is the only champagne of the house that incorporates the pinot meunier grape in the cuvée. With three years of ageing, it is delicate and fruity on the nose, with notes of pear and nuts. The finish exhibits notes of white flowers, Viennese cakes and buntery brioche.
La Maison only offers great vintages of champagne. Dom Pérignon Vintage is made exclusively from the best grapes of a single year, reinventing itself by interpreting the unique character of the seasons and daring not to make a Vintage if the harvest does not meet the high expectations. After a minimum of eight years of ageing in the cellar, the wine reaches the perfect balance represented by Dom Pérignon, his greatest promise. This is Dom Pérignon Vintage: the fulness of harmony.
The temperatures with which we were surprised by September, more typical of summer, dried up the incipient bothritis that attacked the vines and caused the grapes to mature more than usual, definitively boosting the vintage.
The House’s most famous wine was created in 1876 to satisfy the demanding tastes of Tsar Alexander II. The emperor asked Louis Roederer to reserve the House’s best cuvée for him every year. He was particularly fond of the House’s wine. To distinguish this cuvée, this exceptional champagne came in a flat-bottomed, transparent lead-crystal bottle. The new brand was named after this precious material, which is particularly transparent and luminous.
Produced uniquely during the best years, when the Chardonnay (around 40%) and Pinot noir (around 60%) grapes have attained perfect maturity, Cristal is aged for 6 years in Louis Roederer’s cellars and left for a further 8 months after dégorgement.
Since its foundation, the Louis Roederer House has expressed a great interest in the specificity of the terroirs and quickly provides for the realisation of separate vinifications. Select, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, two exceptional grand crus: Le Mesnil sur Oger and Avise. The production conditions for a great Chardonnay, fine and subtle, are given.
100% Chardonnay - 33% wine-veinated wines (oak barrels) with a weekly bazooka - No malolactic fermentation. The cuvée Blanc de Blancs is bottled at low pressure for a rounder and more coated effervescence. It has an average of 5 years of maturation in cavas and a rest of 6 months after slaughter, in order to perfect its maturity. The dosage is adapted to each vintage between 8 and 10 g/l.
Style: Elegant, subtle and mineral.
This vintage champagne, aims to capture the ultimate expression of the Pinot noir from our “La Montagne” estate, concentrated on the original vines purchased by the Champagne House. The Vintage is therefore a testament to an exceptional year, a snapshot of a terroir that has undergone a slow maturation process.
Golden yellow with slightly amber reflections. Luminous and serene effervescence that originates on the entire surface of the cup.
Subtle bouquet that shows, at first nose, a certain discretion: we can find spring notes of fresh citrus (more lemon than lemon), in addition to warmer and almost smoky mineral notes. It is followed by ageing notes in oak barrels reminiscent of lightly toasted almonds. Wide, energetic attack, which almost "dusts" and caresses the palate. It provides a feeling of fulness in the mouth, of silky matter, loaded with softness and balance at the same time. The end is long and persistent.
2015
In each appearance of bright bubbles, the intense gold/yellow colour is dotted with luminous reflections. The bouquet, intense and precise, reveals the spring flowers, the Williams pear and the citrus peels. In aeration, aromas of nuts (slightly toasted hazelnuts), hot stone, smoke and cocoa beans develop in crescendo.
The entrance in the mouth is masterful: the palate is devastated by a whirlwind of flavours, a youthful energy, a dynamic in which the acids, the salinity, the stone, the fruit, the creamy texture are juxtaposed and intermingled, a succession of waves that provide a feeling of sudden acceleration, followed by a haughty serenity, Next, the evocation of bitters arises, the slight astringency, which opens the doors of gastronomy and wineiness, without ever surpassing elegance or purity.
It is these variations over the years that we are now ready to share through these limited-edition Late Release champagnes. By uncovering a small quantity of these precious bottles and bringing them into the light - the light of day, of course, but also the light of a new tasting experience - the Louis Roederer Champagne House is revealing a new facet of these exceptional wines.
These mature vintage champagnes were disgorged at the time of their creation and then left to age in our cellars until they were ready to disclose the true depth of their personalities to us. They are witnesses of the passing of time, they recount the history and evolutions of the Champagne House and in doing so they also relate the history of Champagne and its terroirs. We are turning back the hands of time to reveal the innermost secrets of these champagnes that have waited patiently beneath our feet for this moment, each one so unique despite their similarities.
Available in 1.5 Litre Magnum, 3 Litre Double Magnum, and 6 Litre Rehoboam
Grape variety: 42% Chardonnay 36% Pinot noir 22% Meunier
The Collection 242 blend is dominated by Chardonnay which was of exceptional quality in the 2017 vintage. The perfectly ripe Chardonnay grapes lend the wine its aromas of ripe, sweet fruit complemented by subtle oaky notes. The palate is rich and ripe with a luxurious texture that coats the palate, the signature of an outstanding Chardonnay. The Pinot noir and Meunier grapes from the Vallée de la Marne complete the wine’s broad, luscious, smooth and juicy character. The finish is energetic and fresh.
Golden colour and very fine bubble, it combines the fresh notes of apple and pear with a more vinous character, pastries and toasts. In the mouth it is creamy, light but powerful, with a tasty and refreshing finish. An experience only at the height of a mythical name like Louis Roederer.
Champagne
Rosé
On the palate, subtle notes of honey, citrus, and dried fruit combine with a lingering aftertaste. Krug Rosé stands out as an exceptional Champagne that mirrors the innovative essence of Krug Grande Cuvée, going beyond the traditional concept of vintage. It is truly one of the finest options available.
Brut Vintage Rosé is a combination between the perfect expression of the characteristics of the year of its harvest and the rarity of a pink champagne made by bleeding. It is only produced in good vintages in which the Maison Louis Roederer can obtain a spectacular quality of the grapes of its vineyard.
Louis Roederer's Brut Vintage Rosé, famous for its slightly salmon colour, wonderfully illustrates the Maison's devotion to methods usually already in disuse, for the care and patience they require. It is produced by film maceration, which consists of letting Pinot Noir grapes macerate many hours in the press to extract their fruity and beautiful salmon pink colour. For this, very concentrated and aromatic grapes are necessary, which come from the oldest vineyards of Cumières. Layers of sweet fruity perfume and a winey attack full of elegance and finesse. This fusion of such characteristic style matures between four and five years on its own sediment and rests even six additional months after the "degüelle".
With the creation of the "Rich Rosé" harvest, Veuve Clicquot perpetuates the tradition of crops with high sugar content. A true invitation to audacity and creation, this champagne has been made for you to enjoy at any time with a few ice cubes and an extra ingredient ingredient (grapefruit peel, slice of celery or even some tea leaves).

Dom Pérignon Rosé, the exaltation of the unknown. When Dom Pérignon chooses to be pink, it is a radical declaration of freedom. Freedom to venture. Freedom to free yourself from conventions and push the limits of creation.
Born from that desire to dare, Dom Pérignon Rosé captures the red of the pinot noir in its original brightness and cultivates its vital force in a bold and distinguished assembly. Tempered by a slow and masterful transformation for almost 12 years in the winery, Dom Pérignon Rosé is untamed and carnal, as light as it is dark, magnetic. His vibration embraces the exaltation of the unknown and is an invitation to adventure.
Ruinart rosé is the first rosé champagne in history (created more than 250 years ago). It offers us a perfect combination of freshness and exotic notes. Made with an almost equal assembly of Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims and Pinot noir of the Vallée de la Marne vinified as red, it perfectly balances potency and freshness and offers interesting notes of exotic fruit such as guava and lychees in a voluptuous and elegant mouth.

Taittinger's 2013 Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs captures an abundance of finesse from Champagne's cooler 2013 vintage. Mineral-rich and taut, it opens with honeyed notes of ripe citrus, poached nashi pear, butter wafers, and crème fraiche that gradually gain aromatic intensity as it unfurls.
